AI Index / Local
Which local businesses AI recommends
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews who the best dentists, plumbers, accountants and more are in each city, and show who they name.

How we ran it
We asked ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews the same two questions for each category and city, worded the way customers ask, from the city’s own country.
We recorded every answer and listed the businesses each one named. Directories, review sites and marketplaces are not counted. The short overview is written from these counts only.
This shows what the assistants said on the date shown, not our own ranking or an endorsement. Answers change from week to week.
Is your business in the answer?
The free AI check shows whether AI assistants name your business when customers ask, who they name instead, and three things to fix first. No card needed.
