- Your account or a check: include your website address and, if it is about one answer, the question.
- Billing: cards, invoices and cancelling are in your account under “Plans and credits”. For anything else, email us. Our refund policy explains when we refund.
- Your data: to see, correct or delete what we hold, email us from your sign-in address. See our privacy policy.
- A complaint: email us with “Complaint” in the subject. We acknowledge it within two working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
