See who cites your articles in AI answers, and who to sell that to
AI assistants already use your articles as sources. Vasukai shows which assistant cites which article, how often, for which brands, and where rivals are cited instead, then turns that into sponsorship sales.
- ChatGPT, asked about easy-access savings
“According to examplemoney.co.uk, the top easy-access rates this month are...”
Cited 14 times this week - Perplexity, asked about cashback credit cards
“Card guides from rivalcompare.co.uk list three no-fee cashback cards.”
Rival cited instead - Gemini, asked about travel insurance
“examplemoney.co.uk rates Brand A and Brand B highly for annual cover.”
Cited for 6 brands
Example data. examplemoney.co.uk, rivalcompare.co.uk and every figure here are fictional.
How it works
From the data you already have to a pitch you can send.
1. Import your Bing data
Upload the AI Performance CSV from Bing Webmaster Tools. We read which of your pages Copilot already cites and start from there.
2. Weekly checks on every assistant
We ask 10 assistants the questions your readers ask, every week, and record which articles each one cites and which brands it names alongside them.
3. Sales sheets
Citations become segments with an estimated media value, a pitch sheet per advertiser and a media kit link that stays current.
What you see
Citations, the brands around them, and the sales material built from both.
Who cites your articles
Every citation by assistant, article and question, with how often it happened and when it started or stopped.
Brands by assistant
A matrix of the brands named next to your articles on each assistant, so you can see whose buyers already read you through AI.
Gaps
Questions where a rival site is cited and you are not, with the article of yours that comes closest.
Segments and value
Citations grouped into sellable segments, such as savings or travel cover, with an estimated media value for each.
Pitch generator
A one-page pitch sheet for a named advertiser: where their category is discussed, which of your articles are cited, and the placement you propose.
Live media kit
A shareable link that shows current citation figures by segment, so the numbers in a pitch are never months out of date.
Source map and citation graph
For brands and PR teams: which sources AI uses for a brand, drawn as a Gephi-style graph of sites, articles and assistants.
API
Pull citations, segments and values into your own ad stack, CRM or reporting through the API.
Example: segments for a fictional publisher
Example data. examplemoney.co.uk is invented, and so are these numbers, for one month of weekly checks.
| Segment | Assistants citing | Citations | Brands named | Est. media value a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Easy-access savings | ChatGPT, Perplexity | 62 | 11 | £2,400 |
| Cashback credit cards | Gemini, Copilot | 38 | 7 | £1,650 |
| Annual travel insurance | Gemini, ChatGPT | 29 | 9 | £1,100 |
| Broadband deals | Perplexity | 17 | 5 | £600 |
The rules we work to
- Every placement we help you sell is clearly labelled as sponsored, and paid links carry rel="sponsored".
- We measure citations. We never promise that an assistant will cite you, or keep citing you, in future.
- Regulated categories, such as financial products, need sign-off from an authorised firm before a sponsored placement goes live.
- Estimated media values are estimates, built from citation counts and category rates, not a forecast of what an advertiser will pay.
Common questions
Where does the citation data come from?
Two places: the AI Performance CSV you export from Bing Webmaster Tools, and our own weekly checks on 10 assistants, where we record every source each answer cites.
Do I need the Bing CSV to start?
No, but it helps. It shows citations Copilot has already made, so your first report has history in it rather than starting from one week of checks.
How is the estimated media value worked out?
From how often your articles are cited in a segment, the reach of the questions behind those citations and typical sponsorship rates for that category. It is a guide for pricing a pitch, not a promise of revenue.
Can you get my articles cited more often?
We cannot promise that. We show where rivals are cited instead and which of your articles come closest, so your editors can decide what to improve.
Is this useful for PR agencies?
Yes. The Source map and citation graph show which publications AI relies on for a client's brand or category, which tells you where coverage is most likely to reach AI answers.
What about financial and other regulated content?
Sponsored placements in regulated categories need approval from an authorised firm before publishing. We flag those segments in the media kit and pitch sheets.
