Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Kael Tripton Ltd (“we”) collects when you use Vasukai, why, and what your rights are. We are the controller of that data.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, used to sign you in and to send service emails such as “your report is ready”.
- Business details: the business name, website, country, language and competitors you enter, and your tracking choices.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive your plan, payment status, country and the last part of your billing record, but never your full card number.
- Google Analytics and Search Console data, if you connect them: see the next section.
- Referral details: if you join the referral programme, your payout email and the commission owed to you.
- Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used.
- Messages: anything you send to support@vasukai.com.
Google account data
If you choose to connect a Google account, we ask for read-only access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console. With it we read:
- the list of Analytics properties and Search Console sites the account can view, so you can pick one;
- from Analytics: counts of visits by referring source, by day and by landing page, for the property you pick;
- from Search Console: clicks, impressions and average position by page and by search term, for the site you pick;
- the email address of the Google account, to show which account is connected.
We use this only to show those figures in your own dashboard alongside what AI assistants say. We store the summary figures and an access token that lets us refresh them once a day. We do not read anything else in your Google account, cannot change anything in it, do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. No person at Kael Tripton Ltd reads it except where you ask for support, or where needed for security or to comply with the law.
You can disconnect at any time from “Connect your data” in your account. That cancels our access with Google and deletes the token and the figures we read.
Vasukai’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Why we use your data
- To provide the service you asked for (contract): your account, your checks and reports, billing and support.
- Our legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing abuse, crediting referrals and improving the product.
- Your consent: analytics cookies, and connecting your Google account. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligations: keeping tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We use these companies to run the service. Each receives only what it needs:
- Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (website hosting).
- Stripe (payments) and Resend (sending email).
- Google (Analytics on this site if you accept cookies, and your own data if you connect it).
- GitHub (runs the checks), and Bright Data, DataForSEO and DeepSeek (collect and analyse the AI answers). These receive the questions we ask and your business name and website. They do not receive your email address or payment details.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it if the law requires, or to a buyer of the business, who would have to honour this policy.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of these companies process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Account, business details, answers and reports: while you have an account. To have them deleted, email support@vasukai.com from your sign-in address; we delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Google figures: until you disconnect or close your account.
- Payment and commission records: six years, for tax and accounting.
- Support emails: up to two years.
Cookies
- Sign-in cookies keep you signed in. They are needed for the site to work.
- A referral cookie (vk_ref) is set if you arrive through a referral link. It holds only the referrer’s code, lasts 60 days, and is used to credit them if you start a plan.
- Analytics cookies from Google Analytics are set only if you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Email support@vasukai.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Vasukai is a business service and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post any change here and, if it is significant, email you before it takes effect.
