Vasukai checks whether AI assistants recommend your business when customers ask in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali and other Indian languages. It also shows who they recommend instead.
Why the language a customer asks in matters
In a pilot on 10 October 2026, Vasukai asked 12 everyday Indian questions in English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali and Marathi, from India, to ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Sarvam. For the same question, the businesses recommended in an Indian language overlapped with the English answer by only 24 to 53 percent, depending on the assistant and language. Less than half the time the same businesses came up.
Every assistant answered in the customer's language. Most answered in the mixed style people actually type, an Indian language with English words. Gemini answered almost entirely in the native script. So if you only look at English, you miss most of what customers see in their own language.

Which languages can I check?
Vasukai checks ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Sarvam. You can ask every question in the main language plus up to two more: Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia or Urdu.
Is Sarvam included?
Yes, Sarvam is included. It answers from what its model knows, without a live web search, so some businesses it names may not exist.
Does it cost more to add a language?
Prices in India are in rupees, paid by UPI or card, monthly, with GST added where it applies. The price covers your main language plus up to two more, so adding a language does not cost more.
Do I need to translate anything?
No. Questions in Indian languages are worded by Sarvam Translate in everyday style, the way customers type, and kept the same every week so results can be compared over time.
How do I pay?

How we tested
On 10 October 2026 we asked 12 everyday questions (restaurants, coaching, home loans, hospitals, pharmacies, jewellers, phones, car insurance, photographers, sweet shops and schools) from India, in English and Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi.
The Indian-language questions were worded by Sarvam Translate in everyday style. Each answer’s businesses were read by a language model, which also wrote each name in English letters, so the same business counts once in any script.
12 questions is a small sample: treat the figures as a first look, not a ranking. Answers change from week to week, which is why Vasukai asks the same questions every week.
