What counts as a credit, and what do a plan's credits buy?
One credit pays for one answer from one assistant to one question. Heavier assistants use more credits because they cost more to ask: ChatGPT 1, Gemini 1, Google AI Mode 2, Google AI Overviews 2, Perplexity 2, Claude 8, DeepSeek 1, Sarvam (India) 1, Meta AI 6. A check costs the number of questions times the credits of the assistants you tick, and a weekly check runs up to five times a month.
The Standard set (ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews) is 6 credits a question. Starter: 750 credits a month, enough for 25 questions on the 4 Standard assistants, checked weekly. Growth: 1,600 credits a month, enough for 50 questions on the 4 Standard assistants, checked weekly. The settings page shows the credits a change uses before you save it.
Are the Google keyword tools charged in credits?
No. Keyword search, rank tracking, website lookups and the site check come with every plan at the monthly limits in the table above. Credits pay for AI answers and the credit tools (AI articles, the local rank grid, the Google Ads builder and Page to data).
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the portal. An upgrade applies straight away. A downgrade or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Payments are not refundable once taken; if you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Details on the refunds page.
What happens when my credits run out?
A check asks as many of your questions as the credits left can cover, and waits if fewer than five can be asked. You can top up with 400 extra credits for $10 whenever you need them, or wait for the allowance to reset at the start of your next month. Extra credits are used after the monthly allowance and stay on the account while a plan is active; unused monthly allowance does not carry over.
Do you guarantee that AI will name my business?
No, and no one can: the assistants decide what they say. We show where you stand today, who is named instead, and the changes most likely to make a difference, with the text written for you. The next check shows whether a change moved anything.
Which assistants do you check?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Claude, DeepSeek, Sarvam, Meta AI: all 9 on every plan. You choose which ones run and how often; the heavier ones simply use more credits. Grok and Microsoft Copilot join once they pass our live test. The features page says how each one is checked.
How do I pay, and what about VAT?
Prices are in US dollars, paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. EU customers without a VAT number pay VAT at checkout; businesses in India can pay in rupees by UPI once they choose India in the header. Payments go through Stripe; we never see card details. Yearly billing is ten months' price, so two months free.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Any plan can start with a 7-day free trial, with 150 credits and one full check included. A card is needed to start, and there is one trial per account. Nothing is charged during the trial; when it ends, the plan price is charged to your card unless you cancel from the portal first. Not ready for a plan? Do I need to set anything up?
No. Give us your website and your country; the questions, the assistants and the first check are set up for you, and you can change any of them later. The fixes come with the page text written, ready to paste.
What do you read, and what happens to my data?
We only read the public pages of your website and record the answers the assistants give. We never need a password or access to your accounts; Google Analytics and Search Console are connected only if you choose to, read-only, and can be disconnected at any time. Your answers and reports are yours: download them, share them, or ask us to delete the account. Details in the privacy policy.
