AI Brand Fact Checker for Your Business

The AI brand fact checker reads your website for key facts and asks ChatGPT what it knows about your business. It then shows which facts are right, different, not mentioned, or not on your site.

Free: 2 runs a day, or 25 a day signed in. Repeats within 24 hours are instant and don't use a run. Takes about 30 seconds.

Why AI gets business facts wrong

AI assistants like ChatGPT learn from many sources, which can include outdated or incorrect information. They may state a wrong founding year, phone number, or location if those details are not clear on your own website. When your site does not state a fact, the assistant has no reliable source to check against.

How the check works

The checker reads your home page, About and Contact pages, and schema.org markup for the facts it states: what the business does, the year it was founded, the founder or leader, the city, phone, email and website. It then asks ChatGPT, as people see it in the ChatGPT app, what it knows about the business, from the country you choose.

Each fact is marked right, different, not mentioned, or not on your site. The checks are plain comparisons of years, phone digits, emails, names and places, not an AI's opinion. It shows ChatGPT's full answer and the pages it cited, so you can see where a wrong fact may come from.

How to fix wrong facts (your site, schema.org, the pages AI cites)

Facts that are not on your site cannot be checked. Adding them to an About page and to schema.org markup gives AI a clear source. If ChatGPT cites a page with a wrong fact, you can review that page and update it if you control it.

After making changes, run the check again to see if ChatGPT's answer updates. The tool shows ChatGPT's full answer and the pages it cited, so you can track where a wrong fact may come from.
